Douglas is a two-time survivor who has lived with the profound consequences that lapses in safety can have on the lives of coworkers. For more than 45 years, he has committed himself to a no-harm mindset, ensuring that safety remains at the heart of every task. Having witnessed firsthand the devastating results of inadequate task analysis and neglected safety protocols, Douglas now shares his experiences with audiences worldwide. His mission is clear: to inspire and equip others to create workplaces where no one gets hurt and everyone goes home safe.
