At Douglas Safety, we are committed to delivering high-quality leadership training, safety workshops, and online learning experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Workshops and In-Person Training

  • Full Refund: Requests made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Requests made between 7 and 13 days before the workshop may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Requests made less than 7 days prior to the workshop, or non-attendance on the day of the event, are not eligible for a refund.

  • Transfers: In certain cases, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop date at no additional cost (subject to availability).

2. Online Courses and Digital Products

  • Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, all online course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • If you experience technical issues preventing course access, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
     

3. Subscriptions and Memberships

  • Subscriptions (e.g., monthly Mastermind sessions) may be canceled at any time.

  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

  • New subscribers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial where offered; cancellation within this period will not incur charges.
     

4. Cancellations by Douglas Safety

  • Douglas Safety reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel workshops or training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, low enrollment, or force majeure events).

  • In such cases, registered participants will have the option to:

    • Transfer to another session of equal value, or

    • Receive a full refund.
       

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if:

  • The participant has already accessed course content in full.

  • Misuse of services or violation of Terms & Conditions is identified.

  • Requests are made outside the timelines specified above.
